Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a tertiary, teaching hospital and a strong background in both acute and critical care settings.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to patients in various departments, including NICU, PICU, and adult acute and critical care.
Operate advanced respiratory equipment such as Drager V500, Hamilton T1, and Vapotherm.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Respond to calls and emergency situations within the required timeframe.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system (EPIC).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred, and NRP for NICU.
Experience with neonatal and pediatric respiratory care is preferred.
Must possess valid RRT certification.
