Description

CVOR Nurse - 10 Hour Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

10-hour shift from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts required every other weekend.

Job Description

The CVOR Nurse will conduct phone interviews and provide patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. This role requires expertise in managing and assisting surgical teams, while also ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
Assist the surgical team in the operating room.
Monitor patient vitals during and after surgical procedures.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
Document patient information and care provided accurately.

Required Experience

MUST have CVOR experience.
Current nursing licensure and relevant certifications.
Flu and COVID-19 vaccination required, medical/religious exemptions accepted.
