Schedule

Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (11:00 AM - 9:30 PM)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiovascular Operating Room. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care during cardiovascular surgical procedures, including open heart surgeries and valve replacements. This position requires strong scrub experience with a focus on CVOR cases and TAVR.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room.
Assist with open heart surgeries including CABG, aortic, mitral, and pulmonic valve surgeries.
Float to the Main OR as needed when there are no CVOR cases.
Maintain knowledge of current surgical procedures and devices used in cardiovascular surgeries, including impella, heartmate, ECMO, and TAVR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

3+ years of experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
Current BLS certification; CNOR certification preferred.
Active NJ or Compact RN License required at the time of submission.
Experience with cardiac devices and surgical procedures.
