Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift from 07:30 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) will provide care to mothers and newborns during the labor and delivery process. This position requires a dedicated professional with experience in maternal-child health who can manage various aspects of patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients during labor and delivery.
Provide education and support to mothers and families.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe delivery and postpartum care.
Administer medications and manage patient pain levels as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid Nursing License/Certificate.
Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred.
Current certifications as required in the field, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
