Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3 - 12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

The Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit. Candidates must meet specific licensure, experience, and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor patient care in a telemetry setting.
Perform assessments and develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Current and valid Ohio or Compact State nursing license.
American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certifications required.
Epic experience is mandatory.
One reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty is required.
