Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced, 600+ bed academic hospital. This position requires a strong nursing background and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

1 year of RN experience at a 600+ bed academic hospital, with passing competency testing score.
2 years of RN experience without testing requirement.
Epic experience is required.
Navy blue scrubs are required.
