Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift at a large academic hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Epic experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital with a passing competency testing score.
• Alternatively, 2 years of experience with no testing required.
• Competency testing must be completed within 24 hours of submission.
