This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

First shift with staggered start times between 07:00 and 08:30, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening/nights on-call rotation is required.

Job Description

The position requires expertise in Vascular studies, Neuro Experience (including stroke and body work), and various IR procedures. Candidates must be familiar with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephrograms, kyphoplasty, and biopsies.
• Assist with patient care and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure quality images are captured for diagnostic purposes.
• Administer contrast media as necessary and monitor patient responses.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Must hold current BLS and ARRT certifications.
• Experience in Neuro and Body procedures is required.
• Knowledge and experience with PACS and contrast administration are mandatory.
• ARRT Advanced Certification and EPIC experience are preferred.
