Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a reputable home health agency. The ideal candidate will possess OASIS experience and have a strong background in home health and case management. This position is suited for a seasoned traveler with no requested time off for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

The Home Health RN will be responsible for delivering care in a home setting, conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Experience as a Home Health RN
OASIS experience is required
Strong home health and case management experience
Preferred experience as a traveler
