Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN with Level III experience to provide excellent patient care across various stages of growth and development, from Pediatric to Geriatric. The candidate will demonstrate competent clinical skills by performing direct patient care activities, ensuring safety and adhering to industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments that are systematic, comprehensive, and accurate.
• Provide competent nursing care tailored to the unit's patient population.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in accordance with guidelines.
• Promote patient satisfaction through professional and courteous responses.
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals and implement safe patient transfer techniques.
• Individualize patient care based on specific procedures and types of anesthesia.
• Direct patient care and prioritize based on patient needs and condition changes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and pre/post-operative care.
• Support timely completion of pre-admission testing evaluations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years travel experience.
• Level III experience is a must.
• 1 year of relevant clinical experience required.
• Current RN License.
• BLS certification required; NRP and RNC-NIC preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
