Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patient care. The ideal candidate will possess required competencies and demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, particularly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with procedures and interventions as necessary
• Document and maintain accurate patient records

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU staff experience
• Experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU care
• Current nursing license (state-specific) required; pending licenses may be considered
• Competency test to be completed within 24 hours of submission
