Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate should have a background in surgical care and experience with telemetry. A focus on adult and geriatric patient populations is essential. Meditech experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
Monitor patient statuses and administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Assist in various medical procedures and maintain detailed documentation of patient care.
Participate in patient and family education regarding treatment options and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
BLS Certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg nursing.
Experience with Meditech is preferred.
