Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00), Monday to Friday with weekend call rotation.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of interventional procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires proficiency in maintaining equipment, stocking supplies, and performing procedures such as angioplasty, embolization, and central venous access.
Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures including but not limited to angioplasty, chest tube placement, and stent placement.
- Maintain and operate medical imaging equipment and assist with procedural setups.
- Conduct accurate monitoring of patients during procedures.
- Prep access sites and maintain a sterile field during procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interventional radiology.
- Registered Technologist (ARRT R), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Preferred: ARRT VI certification, experience with PACS and TIPS.
- Familiarity with EPIC documentation system is desired.
