Schedule
3x12 or 4x12 Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, requiring every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.
Job Description
As a Tele RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, managing patients with cardiac dysrhythmias, respiratory failure, and other critical conditions. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data for cardiac patients.
- Provide care and management for various medical conditions including strokes and respiratory failure.
- Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered.
- Work within the telemetry unit and float to lower acuity areas as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience required.
- Active RN license in Maryland or Compact state.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and CPI.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
