Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position. The ideal candidate will work in an Interventional Vascular unit, providing essential support in a fast-paced environment. As part of a collaborative healthcare team, you will assist with a variety of procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their experience.

Schedule

Position will consist of 40 hours per week, structured as four 10-hour shifts. On-call coverage is required for 8-9 days, including one weekend each schedule. Weekday on-call shifts typically run from 4 PM to 7 AM, and weekend coverage is 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in the cath lab by scrubbing and applying sterile techniques.
• Administer sedation and circulate as an RN, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
• Work with various patient diagnoses, including TCAR, EVAR, EKOS, AIF, IVC filters, and more.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Prior Cath Lab or Radiologic Tech experience is required (minimum one year).
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS for RNs; AART for Rad Techs.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR and Philips Azurion hybrid OR is preferred.
