Job Description

We are seeking a registered nurse with Epic experience to fill a temporary backfill position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the Epic electronic health record system. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork within a diverse clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a timely manner.
Utilize Epic system effectively for patient documentation and communication.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as required.
Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the care team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active nursing license with Nursys verification.
Completion of required competencies and skills checklists.
Current certifications including but not limited to MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, and Varicella.
