Job Description

The License/Certificate Verification Position is responsible for ensuring compliance with licensure and certification requirements for personnel. This role involves the verification of relevant documentation and health history related to employment in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct license and certificate verifications for new hires.
Review and ensure completion of health history requirements.
Maintain compliance with all professional regulations and standards.
Coordinate necessary health assessments and vaccinations.
Complete all required forms and documents for onboarding new staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current state license as applicable.
Completion of health history forms including immunizations.
Background checks including criminal and education verification.
Understanding of confidentiality and patient information protocols.
