Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic X-Ray and Surgery

Location

Located in an acute care setting with a focus on diagnostic x-ray and surgery.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Evening shifts from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic x-ray procedures and assisting in surgical operations. The role requires expertise in managing imaging equipment and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic x-ray exams and assist with surgical imaging.
Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with medical staff to provide high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

BLS (AHA) certification required.
Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R).
Radiation badge to be provided by the agency.
Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
