Schedule

4x10-Hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, including 3 days at 7 AM to 5:30 PM and 1 day at 7 AM to 3 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Scrub Tech to join our surgical team. This role requires floating to the Main OR when CVOR volume is low and involves a variety of case types including heart and lung transplant experiences, valve replacements, and other cardiovascular procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures within the CVOR and Main OR settings.
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1.5 years of scrub experience required.
Proficiency in heart and lung transplant procedures; kidney experience preferred.
Experience with hybrid room, endovascular, and vascular cases.
Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission.
BLS certification is mandatory.
