Schedule

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (07:00 - 17:30). Weekend shifts required: 3-4 weekends within a 6-week matrix. Holidays and call requirements apply.

Job Description

This role involves functioning independently within various surgical specialties including Robotics, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, and Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart) procedures. The candidate will participate in the pre-screening process, followed by clinical assessment to determine clinical fit before final manager interview.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently assist in various surgical procedures including robotic surgeries.
• Review and adhere to WellSpan guidelines and clinical standards.
• Engage in ongoing patient care and support within the operating room.
• Participate in weekend shifts and on-call rotations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level I Trauma center; Level II Trauma experience is acceptable with more than 1 year of experience.
• Previous travel experience is required.
• Must be proficient with the Davinci xi robot; familiarity with the DV5 Davinci robot is preferred.
• AHA or ARC certifications only—NCCT not accepted.
• Current RN license required; no license hits will be accepted.
