Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of ICU staff experience to provide high-quality care for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients. Candidates must have a strong background in critical care nursing and must adhere to dress code by wearing navy blue scrubs.

Responsibilities

Delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU setting.
Monitoring and managing patients with complex medical needs.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Communicating effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, specifically with trauma, surgical, and neurological patients.
Active nursing license in the state of practice.
Competency test required within 24 hours of submission.
