Registered Nurse - Nights with Weekend and Holiday Rotations

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts with rotations on weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Epic and be prepared to deliver exceptional patient care in our facility.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in accordance with established medical guidelines and protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active Nursys license required.
Epic experience is mandatory.
Completion of required professional checks such as background, drug screenings, and health history.
