Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, including 1 year of Level I or Level II trauma center experience.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, including trauma and stroke cases.
Monitor and manage critical patient conditions, including arterial line management and central line care.
Administer medications and IV therapy, including continuous IV sedation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met.
Float to care for overflow patients as needed within the unit.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
1 year of Level I or Level II trauma center experience required.
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS.
Must have a valid Maryland or Compact nursing license at the time of submission.
