Day shift: 7am - 7pm, three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in a dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions. We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care in medical and surgical settings.
• Lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to make patient care decisions.
• Provide holistic care addressing the comprehensive needs of each patient.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of acute care experience, preferably in Meditech environment. A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure, BLS (American Heart Association), and ACLS certification are required prior to start.
