Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in epic systems and level I trauma center experience to join our Intensive Care Unit team. This position involves caring for critically ill patients in various environments, including neuro/trauma, SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, progressive critical care units, and patients awaiting bed placement in the ED and PACU.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients across various units.
Float between different Intensive Care units as needed.
Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Epic experience required.
Prior experience in a level I trauma center is preferred.
Experience floating to various ICUs is highly desirable.
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
