Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM; three 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, including every other weekend.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a dynamic general Med/Surg unit. You will be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and occasional pediatric patients. Your expertise will encompass comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions. We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Utilize the Nursing Process for decision-making.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.
• Provide support to the Unit Director and Clinical Nurse Lead during your shift.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of three years of acute care experience.
• Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
