Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient care for individuals with complex medical conditions and ensuring the delivery of professional nursing services in accordance with established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
• Document patient care and responses accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of recent MST/PCU RN experience.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (NJ-RN) license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• NIHSS certification.
