Schedule

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule from 07:00 to 17:30.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and be proficient in scrub and circulate roles for all types of CVOR cases. The position includes potential for floating to the General OR and Einstein Medical Center Montgomery for cardiac cases.

Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate for all types of cardiovascular surgeries.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Perform necessary charting using the Cerner (Surginet) system.
Be available for on-call duties 1-2 days per week and one weekend per month.
Participate in holiday on-call duties as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current PA nursing license required at time of submission.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Level I Trauma experience is necessary.
Charge nurse experience preferred.
