Job Description

The Registered Nurse will perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments. This role requires documentation of patient care given and communication of patient conditions to the care team, physician, patient, and family.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfers and discharges.
• Evaluate learning needs of patients and families and provide education accordingly.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred, ASLS certification preferred.
