Job Description

We are seeking qualified healthcare professionals to fulfill essential roles in patient care delivery. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of health service in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive health assessments and patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Administer vaccinations and perform health screenings as required.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current and valid healthcare license or certificate.
Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Influenza.
Recent completion of a Trinity Skills Checklist and competency testing.
Clearance from background checks and child abuse clearances as mandated.
