Night 3x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CVOR RNFA with a minimum of 18 months recent experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room Nursing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vein harvesting and must hold an active RNFA certification along with a permanent Ohio RN license or a Compact RN license. This role involves floating to the Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room.
• Assist with vein harvesting procedures and other surgical tasks.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and be prepared to manage patient care as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in CVOR.
• 18 months of permanent CVOR RNFA experience prior to travel.
• Active RNFA certification required.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact RN license required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Two recent managerial references from the specialty area are mandatory for submission.
