Schedule

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 or 07:30 - 17:30. Call is required, including five weekday nights and one full weekend every six weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IR, scrub, and special procedures. This position may require floating between campuses and maintaining proficiency in a variety of IR techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of special procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment during procedures and ensure all equipment is prepared and functional.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and provide necessary care during and after procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient care.
• Participate in call rotations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of IR, scrub, and special procedures experience required.
• ARRT VI certification preferred.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• New Jersey state license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Previous charge experience and patient ratio experience in relevant settings are preferred.
