Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of telemetry experience to join our 19-bed Med Surg/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry nursing and demonstrate proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to patients on the Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
Monitor and assess patients' health status and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of one year of telemetry nursing experience.
Basic Arrhythmia certification is required.
IV insertion and phlebotomy experience are required.
Current nursing license (Nursys) required.
