Job Description

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive care to patients across the entire age spectrum in a fast-paced ER environment. The role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to stay self-motivated and engage in teamwork, ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential ER tasks including phlebotomy, IV placement, EKGs, splinting, wound care, and transporting patients.
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care to all patients.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet operational metrics while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Ability to float to appropriate units as needed in rare situations.
