Schedule

Shift: NOC (19:00 – 07:30) - 3 × 12 hr shifts per week, totaling 36 hours/week. Requires every other weekend and holiday availability.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience to provide high-quality respiratory care to neonatal patients. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to assess, plan, organize, and deliver respiratory treatments, ensuring optimal patient and family experiences throughout their care journey.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' respiratory care needs based on comprehensive data analysis.
Plan, organize, perform, and evaluate treatment modalities tailored to meet patient needs.
Engage with patients and families to enhance their overall experience while receiving care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Registered Respiratory Therapist certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Active Pennsylvania License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required.
ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification is a plus.
