Schedule

This position requires 3 shifts of 12 hours each per week, primarily during the night shift. You'll also work every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Level 3 NICU, you will assess, plan, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet the needs of patients. Your role will promote adaptive responses of patients and families to achieve the highest level of patient care, enhance safety, and maximize patient satisfaction. You will coordinate patient care and interactions among staff, ensuring the best experience for both patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care among healthcare staff.

• Deliver exceptional patient and family experiences.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Level 3 NICU experience required.
• Current certifications: NRP, STABLE, BLS (AHA).
• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
