Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an active HWC or CPI certification and be comfortable working with a diverse adult patient population. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients suffering from various mental health disorders, including schizophrenia, dementia, manic bipolar disorder, psychosis, dual diagnosis, medical detox, depression, and anxiety disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients within the facility.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have active HWC or CPI certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior experience in behavioral health nursing is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently with a patient-to-nurse ratio of up to 23:2.
