ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.

Job Description

The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, working primarily in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), and Neuro units. The nurse will monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients.
Monitor vital signs and perform assessments.
Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
Participate in rapid response situations and codes.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Assist in patient and family education and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in good standing.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
Experience in an ICU setting preferred.
