Registered Nurse - Cardiac Med/Tele

Schedule

This position requires flexibility with evening shifts, including rotating schedules between 3 PM to 3 AM and 3 AM to 3 PM. You will be expected to work 36 to 48 hours per week, with 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Holiday work is required per contract.

Job Description

You will be a part of a 43-bed Cardiac Med/Tele unit, providing patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. Your role will involve the necessary flexibility to accommodate the facility's scheduling needs and may require floating to other units as necessary. You will also have the opportunity to take on charge duties with training provided.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year recent experience in acute med/surg/tele is required; preferred 2 years.
2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
Active New York RN license is mandatory.
Current NIH and AHA BLS certifications are required.
