Schedule

Day shift from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM, 3x12-hour shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will possess a strong clinical background, effectively manage patient caseloads, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit.
Monitor and document patient progress and medication administration.
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
Float to other units as needed based on skill set.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must possess a valid NY State Nursing License.
Minimum of 2 years acute hospital nursing experience required.
Travel experience preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with ACLS preferred.
