X-Ray Technician

Location

Beckley, WV

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 07:00 - 19:00, with weekend hours required every other weekend and on an as-needed basis.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician to provide exceptional imaging services. The technician will work closely with a diverse patient population, including all age groups, to perform X-ray procedures as needed. This position involves working within a busy environment, contributing to patient care, and supporting surgical procedures as necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform X-ray imaging in compliance with established protocols.
Assist in surgical cases and support the medical team as required.
Maintain accurate imaging records and manage patient information using EHR systems.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Certification/licensure as an X-ray technician in West Virginia.
BLS certification required.
1+ years of previous X-ray experience, specifically in OR cases.
