Job Description

We are seeking a qualified nursing professional to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary licensure and certifications, and be prepared to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the physician.
Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current nursing license (Nursys) and verification.
CPR certification.
Recent clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Completion of required health screenings (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, etc.).
