Job Description

Seeking a skilled CVOR Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience in circulating and scrubbing within the CVOR, along with strong general OR experience in various service lines including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and General Surgery. Candidates with 3-5 years of experience will receive an accelerated rate.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub for cardiovascular surgeries and assist with general OR cases as needed.
• Participate in on-call coverage with a requirement of 10-15 on-call shifts per contract.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and infection control.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Maryland or compact state.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of circulating and scrub experience in CVOR.
• General OR experience across all or most service lines is necessary.
• Experience with various surgical procedures, particularly in the CVOR setting.
