Behavioral Health RN - Float Pool

Schedule

Night Shift: 5x8-Hour (23:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurses for our Float Pool. The role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to work across various inpatient units, spanning pediatric, adolescent, and adult demographics.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a psychiatric setting.
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
Utilize solid assessment and delegation skills.
Lead and oversee patient care, potentially serving as charge RN when required.
Adapt to multiple patient needs and changing circumstances across units.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 6 months to 1 year in a Psych/Behavioral health setting.
Current BCLS certification.
Permanent RN license required at the time of submission—temporary licenses are not accepted.
Experience with Allscripts (Sunrise) EMR is preferred.
