Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:15, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a 1:1 to 1:3 patient ratio in critical care and 1:4 to 1:6+ if floated to other units. Our ideal candidate will have strong background in Neuro ICU/SICU, along with proficiency in a range of critical skills and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor vital signs and manage complex medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to manage patient care effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1.5 years of acute care experience, specifically in Critical Care.
• Active New Jersey or Compact License required at the time of submission.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH required.
• Experience with pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, TAVI/TAVR, and CVVHD/CRRT is preferred.
• Strong EKG skills and IV management experience are essential.
