Day shift from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with an on-call requirement every four weeks, including weekend and weeknight shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a Surgical Technologist with at least 1.5 years of experience, who will support new EGS surgeons in general, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries across various disciplines including General, GYN, Urology, Ortho, Neuro and Spine, Vascular, and Bariatrics. The candidate must have experience circulating and will be responsible for maintaining infection control and following the Universal Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Assist during surgical procedures including preparation and sterilization of instruments.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Coordinate with surgical teams to provide necessary assistance during operations.
• Manage and maintain the surgical environment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Be available for on-call duties as per the schedule.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1.5 years of surgical technology experience required.
• Current NJ or Compact license is mandatory at the time of submission.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with EPIC charging is a plus.
• Must be able to circulate and assist with various surgical specialties.
