Registered Nurse - Telemetry Night Shift

Location

West Virginia

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 7 PM - 7:30 AM; every other weekend and holiday obligation required.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care for telemetry patients, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing various medical/surgical needs. RNs will work in a dynamic environment with a diverse patient population and are expected to demonstrate strong clinical skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry patients and respond to any changes in their condition.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Utilize Epic for documentation and patient information management.
Provide patient education and discharge planning support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active RN license with a valid driver's license required.
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience preferred.
At least 1 year of travel nursing experience is required.
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
