CVICU RN Night Shift - Open Heart Experience Required

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated CVICU RN with open heart experience to join our team for night shifts. This role demands a high level of expertise and commitment to providing excellent patient care in a critical care environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Assist with open heart surgeries and postoperative care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must have prior experience in a CVICU setting.
Open heart surgery experience is required.
Current RN license and CPR certification are mandatory.
Additional certifications in critical care or related specialties are preferred.
