Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of MRI procedures and demonstrate proficiency in operating MRI scanners.

Responsibilities

Perform MRI studies, focusing on neuro, musculoskeletal, abdomen, breast, MRA/MRV, and general MRI.
Administer contrast agents as required.
Screen patients for eligibility for MRI procedures.
Collaborate with radiology teams for on-site and remote readings.
Manage patient transport in conjunction with the hospital transport team.
Be available for weekend calls and holiday shifts as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

ARRT (MR) and BLS certifications are required; ARRT (R) certification is not accepted.
New York state license is required.
Experience with Philips 3T and 1.5T MRI scanners preferred.
Experience with pediatric imaging is required.
Advanced MRI studies are required; cardiac MRI procedures will not be performed by travelers.
