Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will provide care for patients, potentially including those infected with COVID-19, in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. The position requires adherence to hospital guidelines and policies, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in critical situations.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy to patients in critical care settings
Conduct intubation and extubation procedures
Manage mechanical ventilation and troubleshooting high-pressure alarms
Fulfilling patient care needs for various respiratory-related treatments

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy
BLS and RRT certifications required; CRTE certification is preferred
Experience with EPIC charting system is heavily preferred
